Venerini Academy's dedicated, highly-qualified faculty members work together to create an environment that promotes respect, inclusiveness, and joy for all children as they challenge students to reach their full potential. Over 85 percent of our teachers have earned a Master's Degree in their subjects areas. The majority of our full-and part-time teachers also hold Massachusetts State Certification, which they are required to renew every five years.

The Venerini Academy Board of Trustees plays a vital role in supporting and guiding the school's mission and vision. Comprised of dedicated individuals from various backgrounds, the Board brings a wealth of expertise and experience to ensure the continued success and growth of the Academy. They work collaboratively with the school administration, faculty, and staff, providing strategic direction, overseeing financial stewardship, and making important decisions that impact the educational experience of our students. Their commitment to excellence and their passion for education are instrumental in creating an environment that nurtures the academic, spiritual, and personal development of each student.
